My 25-year-long professional journey and Information Technology industry experience started as a reliable systems administrator in 1999 and then a technical support engineer in 2004, successfully progressing into support services trusted advisor role, as a business critical customer success manager at Veritas/Symantec from 2009.
This amazing journey then continued with Dell EMC, first as a Workflow manager, support supervisor moving into Dell’s Customer Success team, escalation management. This broad experience working with globally dispersed and diverse teams has enabled me to develop a unique set of skills that put customer success first while having thorough technical understanding of desired customer outcomes and solutions. I am technically capable while commercially and business astute.
My focus continues to be keeping up to date with Information Technology trends, complimenting my technical competency with exceptional client relationship management skills and can-do attitude.
While I’m currently employed, I am looking to utilize and improve my existing skills in a new role that will enable me to further excel in my career progression.
In my spare time I enjoy creating YouTube videos with my passion being health, fitness as well as finance markets and investing.
